😮 >11,000 job seekers in CDR, but only >3,000 jobs 😮

📈 Since our launch in September 2024, over 11,000 job seekers have used the CDRjobs board.

💭 Clearly, there is serious demand for jobs in hashtag#CDR. But here’s where things get interesting, as demand is not matched by supply.

⭐ In total, we’ve logged "only" 3,161 jobs in the same time frame - and we have EVERY job in CDR. That’s a big mismatch between people looking for roles and the number of jobs actually available. And when we break it down by country, the discrepancies get even sharper.

Breakdown by country:

📍 U.S.: 4.5x more job seekers than jobs

📍 United Kingdom: 6x more.

📍 Germany: 2.3x more.

📍 Canada: 3.5x more.

📍 India: 6x more.

What do we take away for this?

✅ More people want to work in this field than ever before.

✅ Companies should seriously consider offering more remote roles to find better matches quicker.
