🏆 California is the most progressive American state when it comes to carbon dioxide removal (hashtag#CDR) with its 15% target for CDR. Senator Josh Becker with the help of The OpenAir Collective have been driving the introduction of hashtag#SB308 which could be one of the world's most significant carbon removal demand CDR support policies.
🏛️ We are less than two weeks away from critical votes in the State Assembly, which will determine if it becomes law this summer! The OpenAir Collective’s campaign is ramping up engagement with legislators for this final stretch, and that includes making the trip to Sacramento next week to meet directly with assembly members and their staff.
